Parma, March 21, 2011 – The Panthers trailed for four quarters, but had the chance to win in the very last play of the game.

In the first half, Parma defense struggled, allowing 41 points: a touchdown in every opponent drive. The offense anyway was able to score 24 points and keep the game open, as the Panthers went to the locker room down 41-24 and with the ball first in the second half.

Panthers defense finally was able to stop the Elephants, forcing an interception and a couple of turn-over on downs. Parma kept the deficit to 3 points and had the ball on its own 5 yd line with 2 minutes left. Monardi was able to drive the offense down the field to redzone. But with a few ticks left and the kicker out for injury, the comeback cannot happen, as an Elephants player forced a drop on the very last play of the game.
