Parma, March 18, 2011 – The Kick-Off Classic will be the remake of the 2010 Italian Super Bowl: Panthers vs Elephants. Kick-off this Sunday at 2.00pm CET in the Sport Center of Moletolo (Parma).

Panthers - QB Tommaso Monardi (born in 1990) will be under center this year. Panthers U.S. players are RB Jaycen Taylor (born 1987, from the Purdue College), FS Nate Lyles (born in 1985, from Virginia) and WR Tanyon Bissell (born 1985, Boise State Broncos). But Bissell debut against the Elephants is doubtful (muscular problem).

Elephants - A few weeks before the start of the season, the Elephants decided to fire Wayne Roeder, hiring William Miller, 35 years, with many experiences in American colleges and in Europe. Catania U.S. players are QB Robert Johnson (from Texas Tech University), RB/LB Joe Sturdivant (from SMU) and WR/KR Brandon Langston (from Grand Valley State).
