PANTHERS VS. RENEGADES 49 - 7

With a 49 to 7 win over the Renegades, the Panthers advance to the EFAF Cup semifinal

Parma, May 15, 2010 – With a 49 to 7 win over the Renegades, the Panthers advance to the EFAF Cup semifinal.

Parma took an early lead and, after 2 quarters, had the full control of the game.
Former NFLer Michael Pinkard, at his first game with the Panthers, had a monster day, scoring 5 TDs. He was nearly unstoppable and, despite some double coverages, he caught everything thrown in his direction.
QB Joe Craddock had a perfect game as usual, throwing 6 TD passes: 5 to Pinkard and one to Papoccia.
The seventh and last touchdown was scored by HB Malpeli Avalli, with a great punt return.

For the first time this season, the Panthers used Papoccia, Perdoni and Vellano. A great game for everyone: some key blocks for Perdoni set up the big runs of Papoccia, whereas Vellano brought a lot of pressure on defense.

In the EFAF Cup semifinal Parma will face the Calanda Broncos (Switzerland) on the first week-end of June.
