Zardin: if a drive starts in a bad way, sometimes they don't react
Tedeschi: needs some work on the athletic aspect
Montaresi: too less players
Rossi: WRs are a little bit inexperienced and need to work more on gym. The QB need to work more on the hand-off mechanism.

The best thing about your unit is...
Zardin: hard work in practice
Tedeschi: they are very young
Montaresi: constancy
Rossi: for the WRs is the constancy. And the QB is one of the best prospect ever.
