Parma, February 14, 2015 – In the season where the Panthers will be without imported players, our journey into the 2015 Parma team have to start from the return of Michele Canali (DE), after his experience in the US with Menlo College.

Michele started his football experience thanks to the flag football, when he played with his team mate Tommaso Monardi and Alessandro Malpeli Avalli, winning the 2005 italian championship and italian cup and having a trip to the european finals and to the world championship.

In 2007, he started his tackle football experience with the Panthers youth team, winning in the following years the Under 17, Under 18 and Under 21 italian titles.

In 2008 he also made his debut with the senior team and in 2010 and 2011 he won the italian championship, also being named defensive MVP of the league.

Then he went to the US, studying and playing in Menlo College (California). In 2014 he graduated and was also selected for the All Star Game.

Last year, during a trip to Parma, he was able to play in the Champions League game against Thonon.
And now, in 2015, he is finally ready to lead again the Panthers defense.
