Antonetti, Canali and Monardi made the team's final cut.

Parma, August 12, 2009 - The dream became real for Tommaso Antonetti, Tommaso Monardi and Michele Canali and these Panthers players will play with the Italian National Team in the European Championship (Wolfsberg, Austria, 15-22 August). They were selected between more than 200 athletes.

"We are really proud of them" – said Ivano Tira, the Parma Panthers president - "They worked hard all the season and deserved it. In addition, Canali and Monardi are the youngest players which made the team: this is the proof that our youth teams are working very well".

	Tommaso Antonetti A 32 years old Offensive Lineman, for years has been one of the best in Italy; 6-2 and 286 lbs; he will wear the #79.
	Michele Canali A 18 years old Defensive End. Despite his young age, he already played 2 season with the Panthers senior team; 6-4 and 224 lbs; he will wear the #90.
	Tommaso Monardi A 18 years old Quarterback who plays in the Panthers Arena Team; 6-1 and 176 lbs; he will wear the #5.
