The restyling of the "XXV Aprile" field, the stadium of the Parma Panthers, will start soon.

Parma, July 15, 2009 - The "XXV Aprile" field, where the Parma Panthers play, will undergo some upgrades in order to become one of the best football stadium in Italy.

The Local Council has almost defined all the details about this operation: the project will cost about €5 million in the next 3 years.

Here's the list of the planned upgrades:

- 4 new floodlights (1000 lux) for television broadcast;
- a new grass surface on the football field;
- new locker rooms;
- a new roof for the stand on the Panthers sideline;
- a new stand along the Visitor sideline;
- a new stand behind the endzone opposite to the locker room;
- a new press-room.
