Three Panthers players have been selected for the European Championship: OT Antonetti, DE Canali and QB Monardi.

Parma, June 30, 2009 - On Monday, Brock Olivo (the Head Coach of the Italian National Team) published the list of the 60 players selected for the European Championship, that will be player in Austria in August.

Three Panthers players were selected:

- Tommaso Antonetti, a 32 y.o. offensive tackle. For years, he has been one of the pivotal points of the Panthers O-Line;
- Michele Canali, a 18 y.o. defensive end. Despite his age he has already played two season with the Panthers first team and he is one of the most talented young players in Italy;
- Tommaso Monardi, 18 y.o. quarterback. He is the QB of the Panthers Arena Team. Even if he still has to refine some skills, he is one of the best prospects.
