The Panthers cruise to a 47-16 win over the Doves.

It was supposed to be the game of truth for the Panthers verse the ambitious Bologna Doves with ex-NFL RB Chris Manderino, and the answer was satisfying. The silver and black were not only full of life and energy, but they had left a definitive impression of strength and concentration, dominating the Doves from start to finish.The game was already in the hands of the Panthers at halftime with the Offense scoring 3 times with the great showing of Craddock/McIntyre and a Defense that shut down the outstanding Doves running game.

Nothing changed in the second half, with the Panthers always in complete control and again scoring first with an extrordinary punt return by Andrew Papoccia, playing today in the sport of injured Ryan Tully. The second half also witnessed the first TD in serie A of Maxim Bulgac on a effort of a great run up the middle, finishing off a drive that produced severl great runs by Aymard Ndori, and also William Palini. The scoring closed with "Long" Polenghi on a great reception in the end zone with a few minutes to go in the 4th.

In the middle of all the positives from today, the Panthers suffered a few key injuries. The young prospect, CB Nicola Francani, left the game with a pulled hamstring.
